DRPRO 2010 released. This version installs over DRPRO Version 4.0 or later, as currently installed on each individual workstation.

What's New and What's Changed:

	Fixed: Problem when using the 'Copy' button when adding a new drawing to a drawing list.
	New Feature: Several 'Select' windows now display an extra icon as an indication that there is data available under that particular option.
	New Feature: New Transmittal Slip layout with user defined coloured horizontal lines. DRPRO will default to the new layout, but you can still use the old layout if you prefer.
	New Feature: New Issue Register showing the latest revisions issued to one recipient, together with the reasons for issue, the issue method used, what media type and size, and if the transmittal slip was sent via email.
	New Feature: New landscape Drawing History report now also showing reasons for issue and a whole lot of other info. This report is on a drawing by drawing basis.
	New Feature: The Transmittal Slips now have two additional numbers, namely a Project Slip number and a Recipient Slip number. The original Transmittal Slip Number remains and has been renamed as Serial Number.
	New Feature: Two additional Issue Remarks, or Reasons for Issue have been added to the transmittal slip, increasing from 8 to 10 remarks now.
	Improved: The Distribution List at the bottom of the transmittal slip has been enlarged to show up to 40 recipients in one batch issue, plus the addition of the 'For Attention' name if the list is not longer than 20 recipients (uses a double column).
	New Feature: The emailed transmittal slip is now attached as a PDF file, together with any other drawing attachments that may be added.
	Improved: The addition of the PDF transmittal slip as an attachment means that the previous limit of about 90-100 drawings listed in an emailed transmittal slip has fallen away. There is now no limit to the number of drawings included in an emailed transmittal slip.
	Improved: You may now send/forward any old transmittal slip via email, even if it was never issued via email previously.
	Improved: There is now a 'Live' link between the Select Discipline button and the Drawing List. As you scroll up and down the Disciplines list, the drawing list changes dynamically.
	New Feature: The Man-Hours printed reports now give you the choice of printing the cells with zeros as '0.00' or just left blank for readability.
	Improved: The Drawings Received report now prints the Date Received instead of the Revision Date.
	New Feature: All Issue Reports now have the additional option of selecting one particular Reason for Issue or, All of them as was the case previously.
	New Feature: The All Revisions and New Revisions Issue Registers now give you a choice of starting from a specified Revision Number. For example, you can now keep the 'Preliminary' revision numbers out of the printed register if you are doing an Issue Register "For Construction".
	New Feature: The Drawings Received list can now be accessed from within the Recipients List, for the currently selected recipient.
	New Feature: The on screen Drawing Issue History now displays colour coded icons for each reason for issue.
	New Feature: While doing an issue, the drawing list will display a red triangular icon next to drawings that have already been issued with the current revision to each of the recipients listed. In short, if you see a red triangle, you are duplicating a previously issued drawing.
	Improved: The Licence Manager and the Activity Logfile have been added to the Administrator's Menu button. Before, it was only available from the Administrator's pull-down menu at the top of the screen. A Merging Activity Logfile has also been added for the purpose of keeping track of merging of recipients or master companies that were once split but need to be combined under one name.
	Improved: The layout colours of the HTML portion of the emailed transmittal slip can be user defined.
	Fixed: The landscape reports for the 'Letter' size have been fixed and no longer overflow past the right edge of the page.
	Improved: Many more overrides have been added to the drawings being issued, in case you need to change something specific for just one drawing or one recipient, such as the number of copies, number of pages, media type and media size.
	Improved: The Email data file has been reduced drastically in size, in fact by about 98%, as there is now no need to keep the old HTML information for every transmittal slip. DRPRO now reconstructs all transmittal slips on-the-fly from data already stored in other data files. If you used the email feature regularly, you would have noticed this file growing quite rapidly. That's no longer the case! Which means much less data to backup.
	New Feature: Cancelled transmittal slips will now reprint with a watermark 'Cancelled' diagonally across the page. This can be used to notify the recipient of a cancellation of a previously issued transmittal slip.
	Fixed: Problem when using the 'Copy' button when adding a new drawing to a drawing list while doing an issue and the drawing category had numeric sequencing switched ON.
	Windows 7: DRPRO v4.2 has been fully tested under the new Windows 7. No problems found so far. Please let us know if you find any possible compatibily issues.

Version 4.0.01 released. This version installs over DRPRO Version 4.0 or later, as currently installed on each individual workstation.

What's New and What's Changed:

	Fixed: Problem when using the 'Copy' button when adding a new drawing to a drawing list.
	Fixed: Problem with duplication/triplication of printing cost calculations if another report was done without exiting DRPRO.
	Fixed: Auto-generation of multiple drawing numbers in categories marked for auto-generation.
	Improved: The speed of clearing memory used by large issues, before starting another one.
	New Feature: Man-Hours report added without extra columns thus maximizing the space for the drawing title.
	New Feature: In the Drawing Entry Form a new field has been added for: 'Section Leader'.

Version 4 released. This version requires a complete re-installation on each individual workstation where it may have been previously installed.

What's New and What's Changed:

	Improved: A whole new interface. DRPRO has been redesigned from the ground up and recompiled under a complete new version of the programming language used to develop it.
	New: "I Want To..." button added to the Main Menu.
	New: Locking/Unlocking and Activating/Deactivating of Projects added. No work can be done on a locked project.
	New: Project List can now also be sorted by Client.
	New: Sorting of lists by clicking on the column header is now available in most lists.
	Improved: Right-Click functionality greatly improved.
	New: Right-Click Cut/Copy/Paste added to all entry fields.
	mproved: Memory conflicts that used to cause DRPRO to crash frequently have now been eliminated.
	Improved: In the Recipients Database, the individual's contact names are now displayed in the same window, with a direct link to their email address.
	New: When issuing drawings, you can now preview & print the transmittal slip before proceeding with the issue, giving you a chance to correct any errors that may be present.
	New: Upon completion of an issue, a new button will now clear the issue window and reset everything back to 'zero' for another issue. No need to exit and go back in again.
	New: In the 'Drawings Received' database, a new link has been added to the drawing file location on your network.
	New: When adding an FTP Hyperlink, a new button will check the validity of the hyperlink.
	New: Direct link to the PDF Users Manual from the Main Menu.
	New: Header background and text colours in Emailed Issue Slips. Each Issue Slip Template can have a different set of colours.
	New: Feature to do a mass email address or domain name change. To be used in cases where a company's name changes and everybody's emails within the company also changes.
	Plus many more changes and improvements "under the hood", not just cosmetic changes.

Version 3.800 released. This version installs over DRPRO Version 3.5 or later, as currently installed on each individual workstation.

What's New and What's Changed:

	Improved: The handling of the new logo image at the bottom of the Transmittal Slip.
	Updated: For compatibility with the new DRPRO Reader v3.8
	Improved: Some windows enlarged in size to accommodate 1024x768 resolution. This will now become the minimum resolution required to run DRPRO. No more 800x600!
	New Feature: In the Recipients List, you can now activate/deactivate a recipient by clicking a button on the list itself. Deactivated recipients are now displayed in grey text.

Version 3.702 released. This version installs over DRPRO Version 3.5 or later, as currently installed on each individual workstation.

What's New and What's Changed:

	Fixed: Printing Costs part of the program still had some temporary code not removed before the previous version was released. Now fixed.
	Fixed: The Login process has been adjusted and simplified. It now only checks Login Name and Password after it has been entered, not before (if the previous Login Name was already there), and avoiding locking you into one Login Name only!
	New Feature: If the Data Location is changed, it now restarts automatically without you having to click again on the DRPRO icon on the Desktop to get it restarted.

Version 3.701 released. This version installs over DRPRO Version 3.5 or later, as currently installed on each individual workstation.

What's New and What's Changed:

	Fixed: Was not clearing a temporary file used for printing Drawing Registers, causing duplication of printed data.
	New Feature: Added Discipline column to the Transmittal Slip printout as a user selected option. This option is set ON/OFF in the Global Defaults window.
	Improved: Column sizes in Transmittal Slip layout for drawing numbers less than 20 characters re-arranged to maximize the space available for the drawing title.
	New Feature: New Printing Cost Report added showing Total number of prints/copies produced for each media type and size, during a given period of time.
	Fixed: ManHours report grand totals were being calculated on all the drawings in a discipline, including hidden drawings, even if they were not selected to be included.
	Improved: The 'Issue Register - ALL Revisions' and 'NEW Revisions' reports now exclude the column headings of revision labels of drawings contained in 'Cancelled' Transmittal Slips.
	New Feature: New Detailed Cost & Charge Report that prints only the costs associated with one recipient.
	Fixed: Detailed Cost Report was printing only the first 16 characters of the Drawing Numbers. Now fixed.
	Improved: Users Manual updated for version 3.7, now 50% larger than before.
	Improved: If there are no printing cost figures available, the program now displays a warning message to that effect.
	New Feature: A new logo image placemark has been added at the bottom of the Transmittal Slip. This is only available on the A4 size paper. You may use it to display additional information, or even your own advertising!
	New Feature: Obsolete Media Types can now be hidden if you don't want to use them anymore. You may not delete them as they are referenced in the Issues file, but you may hide them.
	Improved: In the 'Global Defaults Entry Form', text was added explaining how email authentication works and what DRPRO requires for emails to flow freely.
	New Feature: All email addresses are now checked for validity, such as the presence of the @ sign, invalid characters, spaces, double dots, etc. However, it does not check if the email address is the correct one! It only checks that it follows email address convention and that the format is correct.
	New Feature: Under Media Types & Costs, a 2nd Charge Rate has been added, so now you can calculate your Printing Costs & Charges based on the Charge Rate selected at printing time.
	New Feature: ManHours Detailed report now has 2 options, one showing resources, and the other showing dates, such as StartDate, Forecast2CompletionDate & FinishDate.

Version 3.7 released. This version installs over DRPRO Version 3.5 or later, as currently installed on each individual workstation.

What's New and What's Changed:

	Fixed: Broken Web links in the Help Menu corrected.
	New feature: Drawing Category Code increased from 3 to 6 characters. This will cause a fairly long upgrade process when DRPRO is run for the first time, depending on the number of records in the database.
	New feature: Three new Drawing Registers added, namely, 1. Dwg Register Showing Vendors Names 2. Dwg Register Showing Resources (who's working on it) 3. Dwg Register Showing Comments (single line of comments)
	Improved: All Xerox Narrow Fonts in printed reports replaced by Arial Narrow Fonts. Please note that the 'Arial Narrow' font must be installed in your computer for these reports to print correctly.
	Improved: All screen fonts changed to Arial for improved readability.
	New Feature: More dates added to each drawing recorded in database, namely, Start Date, Forecast to Completion Date and Final Completion Date. Printed reports updated accordingly to reflect these dates, with colour coding indicating whether these dates were on time, due 'today' or running late.
	Improved: Login Screen now gives you direct access to the Licence Manager if you have 'administrator' rights, and the option to change the 'Data Location' if DRPRO cannot find it when starting.
	Fixed: Recursive Error from the previous v3.605 update, where it would not let you delete a ManHours entry after it was added.
	New Feature: Copy drawings from the 'Drawings Received' list to the 'Main Drawing's' list without having to re-enter them.
	Improved: 'List of All Transmittals' now shows ALL transmittal slips in sequence, regardless of discipline, which is shown as an extra column on the list.
	Improved: The '% Complete' entry in the Drawing Entry Form, is now moved to the main tab, so that it is also available to those with 'Operator' level.
	New Feature: You can now copy a Recipient's details back to the Master Company List if it is not there yet.
	Modified: Printed Drawing Register now shows 'Sheet Nos' instead of 'File Formats'.

Version 3.602 released. This version installs over DRPRO Version 3.5 or later, as currently installed on each individual workstation.

What's New and What's Changed:

	New Feature: Project Register can now also be printed in alphabetical order, i.e. in Project Name order.
	Fixed: When batch generating drawing numbers, the Drawing Prefix part has been increased to 36 characters. One of the temporary fields was still set at 16. Now corrected.
	New Feature: When copying all drawings from one project to another, user defined options can now be set on how to copy certain elements, or if they should be reset to zero.
	Updated: Background colour of 'Select Lists' can now be user defined in the 'Colour Settings' screen.
	Fixed: Certain similar colour clashes were happening in some of the select windows, where the listed text was almost the same colour as the highlight bar, making it unreadable. Now fixed. Please let us know if we've missed any of them.

Version 3.6 released. This version installs over DRPRO Version 3.5 or later, as currently installed on each individual workstation.

What's New and What's Changed:

	ALL new features added in the temporary v3.504-US released recently are now incorporated into this version. (See description below under 'August 3, 2007').
	New Feature: Added automatic check for 'Commas'(,) in attachment file names or path names, as they cannot be attached if a comma exists in the file path or name.
	New Feature: Added buttons for 3 "User Defined Applications". You select which other applications to link to these 3 new buttons, and when clicked, each will launch the application selected, such as AutoCad, Adobe Reader, MS Word, MS Excel, whatever you want linked to each button.
	New Feature: A new report showing the Telephone Directory with people's names has been added. Previously it was only available with company names only, not individual's names.
	Changed: The Transmittal Slip "View Contents" screen has been enhanced to display more information than before, such as Issue Remarks and Additional Notes in the issue slip.
	Changed: Additional fields added to the CSV file created by the "Export to MS Excel" spreadsheet utility.
	New Feature: The number of pages being issued in a multi-page document can now be changed at issue time, if it is different from the original, thereby calculating the printing costs correctly.
	Changed: Many other "under the hood" modifications done, as well as some cosmetic changes.
	NOTE: We are still busy with a "MAJOR" upgrade to DRPRO, hence the reason for this 'interim' update. Please hang in there while we make it better for you in the near future.

Version 3.504-US released. This version installs over DRPRO Version 3.5 or later, as currently installed on each individual workstation.

What's New and What's Changed:

	New Feature: Added support for printing to 8.5"x11" (Letter) size paper, as is the standard in North America. A4 size printing support remains as before.
	Removed: Saving to MS Word Doc file has been removed due to serious incompatibilities with the new MS Office 2007. We suggest you rather print to a PDF file, as it is a more universal file system, multi-platform, and the file sizes are up to 20 times smaller, making it ideal for electronic transmission purposes. Please note that the DOC files produced by DRPRO were actually images and not editable text. The images were the WMF files that Windows requires for printing any document, and DRPRO simply captured these images and put them on paper.
	Changed: DATA File Location and UPGRADE File Location options have been tightened so as to avoid selecting the wrong folders and causing havoc with your Data!
	NOTE: This version is a temporary update. We are currently busy with a major upgrade to DRPRO. Please hang in there while we make it better for you in the near future.

Version 3.504 released. This version installs over DRPRO Version 3.5 or later, as currently installed on each individual workstation.

What's New and What's Changed:

	Changed: When selecting names for "Drawn By", "Approved By" etc. in the Drawing Entry Form, it now displays thefull user list and not just the names attached to the Discipline active at the time of entry. In essence, ALL names are now displayed for selection purposes. Quick search also added by typing each letter of the name.
	Changed: All Memory stacks increased internally from 25kb to 64kb.
	New Feature: Added Export to Excel for ManHours file.
	New Feature: Added Budget Hours, Actual Hours and COS Hours to Drawings file when exported to Excel.
	New Feature: For most lists, DRPRO will now remember which Tab you were in last and redisplay it when that list is selected again.
	Fixed: Was showing wrong company name in the "From email" field, although the email address itself was correct. This was only happening when sending Transmittal Slips via email and using the Default Issue Slip Template.
	Fixed: In the Drawing Entry Form, the "File Location" entry field was not displaying the path selected, unless the field was clicked on again or the Save button pressed.
	Changed: A new method of keeping track of the window sizes and column widths in browse lists has been introduced. All the information is kept in the DRPRO3.INI file and we hope it will eliminate or at least reduce the occurrences of the browse list display appearing corrupt by showing a series of '0 -1 1 0 -1 -1' etc.
	New Feature: Under "Administrator" button in the drop-down menu, the "Workstation Manager" list now displays when last a workstation was used and by whom. This can be useful in assessing DRPRO usage in a network environment.

Version 3.502 released. This version installs over DRPRO Version 3.5 or later, as currently installed on each individual workstation.

Version updates & bug fixes:

	Fix: Capitalizing of First Name when entering new users in the User's list was not working. Was displaying lower case only.
	Fix: All printed reports have been rearranged to display and print information without "creeping" up or down the page as it was happening with some of the reports.
	Fix: Extra long path names to file attachments that were buried deep in a network drive could result in error messages like 'File Not Found'. The variables that hold these path names have all been increased from 128 to 512 bytes.
	New Feature: When issuing drawings, you can now set the same issue size for all drawings being issued, regardless of their original size. Double-Click on any of the drawings to be issued, tick ON 'Override' Media Size, and tick ON 'Make Same Issue Size for All Dwgs'.
	New Feature: Revision Details, such as full revision text can now be accessed while issuing drawings. See "Revs" button next to "FTP Hyperlinks".

Version 3.5 released. This version installs over DRPRO Version 3.0 or later, as currently installed on each individual workstation.

New Features added:

	New Feature: In the Issue Drawings window a button has been added to Increase All revision numbers listed by "One" at issue time. Similarly another button was added to decrease All revision numbers by "One" and a third button that Makes All Revision Numbers the "Same". This should speed-up the issuing process considerably!
	New Feature: Also in the Issue Drawings window, another button has been added to Reload the previous issue details, so you don't need to reselect all drawings and recipients between two almost identical issues. (Another "Speedy" feature!)
	New Feature: Keep track of Man-Hours spent on individual drawings as well as the budgeted hours for each drawing plus printed reports. Please note that this feature is still in its infancy and will be expanded further in the future.
	New Feature: Added "Comments" tab to the Drawings Entry Form. You can now write any comment about any drawing, up to 1,000 characters.
	New Feature: The ability to Copy All Project "Portions" from one project to another. See also the change below.
	Change: "Portions" (project subdivisions) now are not hard-linked to the drawing's list. Meaning that deleting a Portion will not delete its drawings as well. It will simply reset the "Drawing Portion" to blank. Previously it deleted the drawings belonging to that "Portion" as well as their issue history.
	New Feature: Contact List has new tab displaying in Company Abbreviation (Name) order.
	New Feature: List of Emailed Transmittal Slips now has a new tab displaying in red which emails did not go. Also, if a sending error occurs this list is automatically displayed for further action by the user.
	New Feature: Printing Costs can now be calculated for All Disciplines together in one single report.
	New Feature: Left margin of all portrait reports moved to allow for hole punching without losing printed information.
	Re-enabled: The Mouse Wheel functionality has been re-introduced again. It may still misbehave with certain versions of the MS Intellimouse driver, especially under the old Windows NT4. Please report any such behaviour to LDA Computing.
	Fixed: The '1st Issue' date column in the printed drawing register was not reporting the correct date if the revision system for that project was 'Letters then Numbers' and the revision history of that drawing contained both letters and numbers.

Version 3.406 released. This version installs over DRPRO Version 3.0 or later, as currently installed on each individual workstation.

Version updates & bug fixes:

	Fixed long standing problem where some drawing numbers in the Issues.Tps file could be switched in the background without the user's knowledge. This was only occurring under a very specific sequence of events, when the 'Hide' button in the Drawings List was pressed right after another drawing was added or changed and the 'Save' button was pressed.
	New printing options added when printing reports using the Client's drawing numbers.
	When printing a 'Drawing Register' the column labelled 'Last Issue' now prints the date of the very last issue of that drawing, regardless of whether the same revision was issued more than once.
	When installing the program or modifying the data path, it now skips the 'Upgrade Folder' field if it is a single user system. The 'Upgrade Folder' is only required for multi-workstation DRPRO systems on a network.
	A check on the status of various file indexes was added when logging in with 'Administrator' rights.
	Various cosmetic enhancements added.

Version 3.4 released. This version installs over DRPRO Version 3.0 or later, as currently installed on each individual workstation.

Major and Minor updates & bug fixes:

	Fixed problem with forwarding emails after being received by recipient. Was clipping HTML data every time it was forwarded again.
	Fixed Printed report of drawings received. Column width for drawing number was too narrow at 16 characters.
	Dial-up modem support added, including auto-connect and auto-disconnect after sending emails.
	Added feature to Request Email Receipt from recipient.
	Email return address can now be set as the logged-in user's email address and not the company's email address. Useful for bounced emails and for receiving email receipts. This is set in the User List's Entry Form.
	Distribution List size increased from 20 to 50. For Email it will display up to 50 recipients, but for printed Transmittal Slips it will only print the first 20 in alphabetical order, due to lack of space on the printed page.

Version 3.2 released. This version installs over DRPRO Version 3.0 or later, as currently installed on each individual workstation.

Major and Minor updates & bug fixes:

	Fixed duplication of cc emails sent to all recipients listed after the last cc on the list.
	Fixed problem with creating CSV file of Drawings. It was using the drawing date as the last issue date if there was no issue done.
	Authorized Login parameters were not being set at start-up, causing erratic behaviour when sending emails via mails servers with built-in security, such as MS Exchange Server.
	All Revision Labels changed from 3 to 5 characters. It is now possible to have a revision "AA.17", or "TT-03". All revision labels must first be entered in the Global Revisions List.
	Landscape Reports added for all three Issue Registers. This feature was scheduled for version 4 but due to popular demand, we have advanced its implementation.
	Fixed problem with reprinting transmittal slips with 20 or more entries in the Distribution List.
	All author names in the Drawing Entry Form (Designed, Drawn, Checked & Approved) are now entered by the user and not force-linked to the current User List. You can still select the names from the User List.
	Drawing Register printed report now has user defined date columns.
	Fixed problem with drawing numbers starting with the number zero, as Excel was dropping them when reading the CSV files.
	Drawing Register printed report with double line and showing Reference Drawing numbers added.
	Added copying of all recipients from one project to another project.

Minor updates & bug fixes:

	File Attachments: Now keeps folder location in memory between recipients.
	When sending emailed transmittal slips with lots of dwgs, the bottom of the list was being truncated. Now fixed, although HTML file size limit is 64kb.
	When sending multiple emails, no longer stops between recipients.
	Email Transmittal Slip: "Attention" name added.
	If Rev No. was a blank, no dates would print to the right of the blank revision column. Now fixed.
	Export to MS Excel Spreadsheet can now be done split by discipline or for a single discipline only. Please note that MS Excel has a limitation of 65,535 rows per worksheet.
	Printing Costs was not working if called from the pull down menu. Now fixed.

Version 3.103 Patch Update released. This patch installs over DRPRO Version 3.1 or later, as currently installed on each individual workstation.

Minor updates & bug fixes:

	When forwarding an email, a blank attachment file would always appear. Now fixed.
	When sending a transmittal via email, the CC name (if any) was not being stored in the database.
	Transmittal slip paging sequences fixed (finally!)
	Attachment icon added to the Recipients side of the Issue Window, for each recipient listed.
	Email icon added to the "List of All Transmittals" for items that have been emailed.
	Was reporting wrong total number of pages in a multi-page transmittal slip if the total number of drawings included was a multiple of 20.
	The Narrow Fonts required for some of the printouts is now loaded into memory when DRPRO starts, and remains available until the computer is switched off. These fonts are no longer required to be installed in the Windows Fonts folder.
	Discipline Column added to the List of Emails.

Version 3.102 Patch Update released. This patch installs over DRPRO Version 3.1 or later, as currently installed on each individual workstation.

Minor updates & bug fixes:

	Fixed date formatting bug on the Drawing Register printout.
	Fixed bug which prevented v3.1 from running in Demo Mode. The Demo Registration File was inadvertently left locked into v3.0.
	Logo.Tps data file added to the installation setup program.
	New Drawing Register Printout added, showing a double line per drawing, together with the Reference Drawing No. This report also prints the Drawing Title without being truncated.
	Deleting a project was not working if portions were linked to the project. Now fixed, but keep in mind that if a portion is deleted, all drawings and issues belonging to that portion will also be deleted. Two warnings are given before proceeding with deletions. Once deleted, there is no turning back!
	Ability to copy all drawings from one project to another added. See button at bottom of Drawing Register List.

Version 3.101 Patch Update released. This patch installs over DRPRO Version 3.1 only, as currently installed on each individual workstation.

	Fixed a bug where clicking on the 'List of Emails' before doing an issue would cause an 'Invalid Page Fault' and crash the program. This was caused by one of the temp data files not being created in time before attempting to access it.

VERSION 2.2 released.

Some new features + a few bug fixes.

	Printing of Fax Confirmation Page added.
	The variable prefix when generating multiple drawing nos has been increased from 8 to 10 characters.
	Some items previously added to the Main Menu were missing from the pull-down menu. Now fixed.
	Current Discipline now displayed on the 'Select Discipline' button as well at the bottom of the 'Main Menu'.
	Various items on the screen were not moving properly when resizing the window. Now fixed.
	'Export to CSV' renamed to 'Export to Spreadsheet', as it appears to be better understood that way.
	The 'Master Company List', Projects List' and 'Contacts List' have an additional tab where you can display the file in the original entry order, i.e. no sorting. This can be useful when trying to decipher what was entered last (or first) into the various databases.
	Issue Slip Templates: When adding a new template, it will prompt you with the contents of the highlighted template so you can modify it and save under a different project number, rather than prompt you with a blank page.
	Small cosmetic fixes.

VERSION 2.1 released.

New features added and some items modified:

	The graphics logo and the text at the top of the transmittal slip is now project specific. This means that you can have a different heading and/or logo for each project. Those projects that do not have/require a specific logo will use the default company logo and heading text.
	Printing a list of Drawings Received from the Reports Menu was not asking for the company name. Now fixed.
	When entering the Drawings Received list on screen, it was sometimes displaying mismatched project numbers and company names at startup. Now fixed.
	Portion Codes have been enlarged from 3 to 6 characters.
	The issue slip logo file is now stored within a data file. Before, it was being read directly off the BMP GIF or JPG as a separate file on the server, but it caused location problems with networks where the server was also being used as a workstation.
	Portion Code added to Drawings Received.
	Cell Phone entry added to the Master Company list and the Recipients list.
	Conversion program from the 'Ultimate' for DOS updated to match new directory structure introduced with version 2.
	All the above features have also been replicated in the READER program v2.1 where applicable.

VERSION 2 released.

Major changes were done to the program, and listed below are just some of the new features and modifications:

	Compile and send electronic Drawing registers via email. These files can be read by the new DRPRO Reader (free utility).
	Exporting to CSV files, i.e. compatible with spreadsheet programs such as MS Excel.
	Database of Drawings Received, plus printouts.
	Tracking of Revision Text for each drawing individually.
	Snapping to a drawing number is now a 'snap'.
	Workstation colour scheme improved. More items on the screen can be customized. Even the shadow colours behind the header text can be modified.
	Redesigned Main Menu, with grouped icons.
	Improved Layout. Most windows have been modified to make them more readable and more pleasing on the eye.
	Automatic Screen Resolution Check. When starting DRPRO, it will check whether the current screen resolution is adequate and displays a warning if not.
	Automatic Network Updating. When upgrading to a new version (after the initial v2.0), you only need to install it once, in a specified folder on the server, and all the workstations will pickup the fact that a new version is available and update themselves automatically. No need to go to each workstation to upgrade it to a new version anymore.
	List transmittal slips by serial number or filtered by project and/or recipient.
	View contents of transmittal slip without reprinting to screen.
	Filter drawings by portion or by category.
	Data files consolidated into one folder, i.e. DRPRO\DATA.
	View drawing issue history from within the drawing register.
