QuickPDFLite error message

When starting a new Drawing Issue in DRPRO, are you getting a popup error message like this?
This message is due to a missing step in the installation process... Let's look at a snippet of those instructions:
- Restart DRPRO-NL once more using the same desktop icon BUT first, right-click and “Run As Administrator”
- The above step activates the PDF Libraries that DRPRO uses to include live web links in the transmittals. This step is required just once only per machine.
A NOTE ABOUT “Run As Administrator”: If you need to specify Windows administrator credentials on a separate popup window, it means that your own Windows credentials may not be enough to activate the PDF Libraries mentioned above. If this is the case, follow these steps:
- Right-click on the DRPRO Console icon and “Run As Administrator”.
- Enter the Windows Admin username & password as requested in the popup window.
- Specify the DRPRO Data Location, matching the same as the local user and click ‘Save’.
- Exit the Console.
- Now Right-click again on the DRPRO 2023/2024 icon and “Run As Administrator”.
- Enter the Windows Admin username & password as requested in the popup window.
- Login to DRPRO as usual using the user’s DRPRO credentials.
- That’s it! Try it out by clicking on the 'Issue Dwgs/Docs' button. If no error message, then all is good!
